Linda Mabaso is a South African attorney and governance strategist with over two decades of experience across commercial, constitutional, immigration, international, and environmental law. She leads Lester & Carter's executive mandate, bringing a rare combination of legal depth, boardroom experience, and a genuine instinct for strategic counsel to every client she works with.
Her work spans sovereign institutions, pension funds, and state-owned entities throughout Africa and beyond. Before founding the firm, Linda chaired major institutional boards and served on regulatory panels, earning a reputation for sound judgment, structural clarity, and an enduring commitment to education and social justice.

Michelle Shimidzu brings over two decades of hard-won experience across financial services, property management, and operational leadership to her role as Chief Operations Officer at Lester & Carter. She has a gift for making complex organisations run well, built through years of analytical and strategy work at major banking institutions and senior executive roles in the property sector.
Her approach is grounded in process rigour and real-world delivery, shaped by formal business management training and Six Sigma certification. Clients benefit from an operations leader who has lived inside the systems she now helps others build and improve.
